Okay so this isn't really an entertainment blog. it's more for my own self motivation and progress and goals that i will be setting to reach my desired size. i need to be better at self-control and was told that by writing down what i eat and my physical activity for the day it will help me keep focused. So my first goal is a daily blog about my food intake. And since i don't have a scale i will be going by inches instead. So here is the begining measurements.
Bust: 37 1/2"
Waist: 34 1/2"
hips: 41 "
belly button: 38"
thigh: 24"
i will do a weekly recording of my measurements with my goal being to loose approximately 4 inches by August 20, 2009, with exception of the bust, it may not change quite as much since i am still breast feeding. Okay and just so i don't get too confused about what my goals are here they are to remind me
1: Daily food log blog
2: Daily report on physical exercise (at least 30 minutes 5 times a week)
3: Weekly measurements and blog postings
4: Final result: to loose 4 inches in all areas by August 20, 2009
i don't have a scale, but i do weigh myself sporadically at my mother-in-laws home so the last time i weighed was on July 3rd and i was 157 1/2 lbs. Okay so lets get this party started, here we go.
