Today i ate:

1 pancake w/ syrup
1 egg
1 cup orange juice
1 granola bar - 100 cal
1 packet of fruit snacks
side salad w/ranch and 2 chicken nuggets from McD's
orange punch
slice of zuccini bread
rice with chicken, pinapple, tomatoes, green peppers,

REFLECTiONS: Well as my first day i feel pretty good about it at least what i ate. However i didn't exercise and that is one of the keys to me being the size i want, hopefully i can get the double jogger fixed and get my exercise in tomorrow!
