Okay so i've decided the day after is when i'll do my blog for the previous day.
Food log:
Breakfast
Two pieces of toast 200 cal
1 egg
1 granola bar
some pinapple
1 cup of milk
1slice of zucchini bread
25 skittles
Lunch
Grilled cheese sandwich
milk
1/2 a banana
Granola Bar
Dinner
2 slices of little ceasars pizza and 1/2 cup rootbeer
2 slices zucchini bread
Reflections:
Well probably not the most balanced day, but i don't feel that i really over ate either. and i'm feeling pretty good that my picture on the fridge seems to be helping me not snack! i wanted a third piece of pizza but was able to resist so thats good and i also got some exercise in, i went and played kickball which was a blast! Hopefully we can get the jogger fixed her soon!
